The Senior Copywriter will lead creative copy across Tabby's product marketing campaigns, focusing on financial products such as Tabby Card. The role requires crafting clear, engaging messaging that simplifies complex finance concepts, making them relatable and compelling. Responsibilities include shaping copy across emails, push notifications, in-app communications, and product launches. The role demands ensuring messaging is customer-centric, strategically aligned, and consistent with Tabby's brand voice. The candidate must stay updated with product marketing trends, money app content, and customer engagement best practices, applying insights to optimize performance. Collaboration with designers, marketers, and product teams is essential to ensure messaging and visuals integrate seamlessly. This role directly contributes to enhancing user engagement, product discovery, and the overall customer experience in the fintech domain.

Key responsibilities
- Write high-impact, on-brand copy for marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including product launches and activations
- Translate complex financial products into simple, clear, and engaging messaging that customers instantly understand
- Bring creativity and personality to financial copy, making financial concepts approachable and aligned with Tabby's tone
- Craft compelling in-app notifications that drive engagement, user actions, and product discovery
- Stay up to date with product marketing trends, money app content, and customer engagement best practices, applying insights to optimize copy performance
- Collaborate closely with designers, marketers, and product teams to ensure messaging and visuals work together seamlessly
Experience & skills
- 3-4 years of experience in English copywriting, preferably within fintech, banking, e-commerce, or tech environments
- Demonstrated ability to turn complex topics into simple, everyday content that delights and helps customers
- Solid understanding of writing for different digital platforms including Emails, Push Notifications, and in-app communications
- Proven capability to collaborate with designers and marketing teams for cohesive campaign execution
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Ability to analyze data and adapt copy based on performance metrics to optimize results
