Job description
The Inside Sales Representative - Pipeline role at Property Finder Bahrain is responsible for managing existing customers, developing new leads, and driving revenue growth through subscription-based sales within the real estate technology and digital property marketplace environment. The role focuses on learning and becoming an expert in the Property Finder solution portfolio, building strong client relationships, and providing consultative sales support to customers. The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for recording opportunities and activities in Salesforce CRM, managing pipeline development, forecasting weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue expectations, and negotiating contracts to close agreements. The role involves both new client acquisition and account management of existing clients, while providing advisory support and customer education on Property Finder products and services. The position requires strong knowledge of sales forecasting, subscription sales, CRM tools, and real estate industry knowledge, along with managing predictable forecasting, revenue targets, and sales pipeline performance. The Inside Sales Representative will operate within a target-driven sales environment, ensuring customer satisfaction, maximizing mutual interests through negotiations, and supporting business growth through effective pipeline management and sales execution.

Key responsibilities
- Learn and become an expert on the Property Finder solution portfolio and product offerings
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent support, consultation, and account management
- Serve as a trusted advisor by educating customers on products and services and supporting shared business goals
- Record opportunities, sales activities, and pipeline updates within Salesforce CRM on a weekly basis
- Forecast weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue expectations with predictable accuracy
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize mutual interest and achieve sales targets
- Develop new leads and target prospects to grow the sales pipeline
- Win new clients while managing and expanding existing customer accounts
- Manage full sales cycle including lead generation, qualification, negotiation, and deal closing
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline tracking and reporting within CRM systems
Experience & skills
- Have minimum 2-3 years of professional sales experience in subscription or similar sales environments
- Demonstrate proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue goals
- Show proven experience in predictable sales forecasting and pipeline management
- Possess excellent Arabic and English verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrate understanding of the real estate industry as a desirable qualification
- Possess strong negotiation skills and contract closing experience
- Demonstrate experience using CRM tools with Salesforce experience preferred
- Possess strong organizational skills and time management capabilities
