Job description
The Strategic Program Manager is responsible for leading and delivering Lucidya’s highest-priority, cross-functional initiatives with discipline, rigor, and measurable outcomes. This role operates at the intersection of strategy and execution, translating executive and company priorities into well-structured, business-aligned programs. The Program Manager drives end-to-end program delivery across Product, Engineering, Commercial, Finance, Operations, and other teams, establishing milestones, dependencies, owners, and success metrics. The role ensures alignment, identifies delivery risks, manages interdependencies, and escalates unresolved issues with clear options to enable timely executive decisions. Responsibilities include maintaining integrated timelines, decision and change logs, establishing delivery rhythms including check-ins and milestone reviews, supporting post-launch retrospectives, capturing lessons learned, and strengthening repeatable execution practices aligned with the Chief of Staff operating model. This position demands business acumen, structured thinking, high judgment, execution discipline, and the ability to influence without authority, while delivering programs that drive measurable improvements in customer experience, retention, and lifetime value using AI-native CX intelligence capabilities including proprietary NLU models trained on multilingual datasets.
