Job description
Trade Finance and Supply Chain Finance at ADCB are being digitised, and this Manager in the CWIBG Business Enablement and Digital Innovation team in Abu Dhabi delivers assigned parts of that roadmap. Strategic change objectives become governed initiatives across trade products, systems and processes, with inputs from business, product, operations and technology shaped into plans that senior forums can approve. Delivery covers trade product and platform enhancements, process digitisation, automation and redesigned customer flows across multiple trade systems. Much of the influence comes through matrix collaboration, since Trade, Operations, Technology, Architecture, Risk and Compliance all have a stake in scope and control decisions. Milestones, dependencies, risks and change requests are tracked closely, and steering forums receive structured reporting that supports value realisation against approved business cases. Vendors help validate solution design and integration, and relationship managers and selected clients sometimes test customer-facing solutions before launch. Controls are built into every solution, with delivery documentation and audit trails kept in order. Expect to bring at least 6 years in banking or financial services, with hands-on delivery of Trade Finance or Transaction Banking digitisation or platform modernisation, and a PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe or Agile certification is preferred.
