The Handover Specialist for Al-Futtaim Automotive (Electric Mobility/BYD) takes full ownership of the end-of-sale delivery experience by promoting effective referrals to Showroom Managers to ensure 100% second facing to enhance Net Promoter Score (NPS), supporting the sales team in achieving monthly unit sale targets through a structured “one offer” journey and meeting set trade-ins, preparing vehicles according to BYD standards, and handing over vehicles to customers in a tailored, customer-focused manner. The role welcomes all showroom visitors; manages lead intake across telephone, web, and walk-in enquiries; captures customer data (test drive details, Emirates ID, email address, and related records); achieves 100% of mandatory training as per Al-Futtaim and OEM requirements; and maintains knowledge of competition activities to counter customer arguments. Reporting to the Sales Manager and working closely with sales and broader stakeholders, the specialist ensures documentation accuracy and compliance during handover, coordinates with internal teams to align timelines, and protects the brand experience by delivering consistent, high-quality delivery processes for electric mobility customers across the UAE.
