Job description
Half of this Medical Manager role runs through external stakeholder engagement, and the other half sits office-based, supporting Medical Affairs plans for an assigned therapy area at Novartis Saudi Arabia. You respond to medical enquiries accurately, compliantly, and on time, developing standard response documents where needed. Clinical trial and research activities draw on your medical and scientific input, including study initiation and oversight within the therapy area. Local evidence-generation work falls within scope too, spanning non-interventional studies and investigator-initiated trials. Scientific partnerships get built across the patient care continuum, through engaging medical experts, supporting publications, and contributing to data generation initiatives. You review and approve medical and promotional materials against local and global compliance requirements, then share actionable medical insights with cross-functional stakeholders across Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory, Market Access, Quality, and Commercial. Credible relationships with medical experts and key decision-makers matter throughout, alongside a strong grasp of clinical research, evidence generation, and evolving treatment options. Digital tools and data support the stakeholder engagement, insight gathering, and decision-making this role depends on.
