Job description
The Store Manager for JACQUEMUS at Jawharat Jeddah Mall is responsible for leading the store operations, achieving sales targets, managing and developing the team, and ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and operational processes. The role includes driving VIP client recruitment and retention, leveraging both physical and digital retail channels to enhance the customer experience, and maintaining operational excellence through compliance with legal, safety, security, and HR guidelines. The manager will use customer data to optimize clienteling, promote omnichannel sales, manage e-commerce orders within SLAs, and ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained. This role also involves coaching the team, implementing performance improvement plans, and continuously monitoring professional growth, while staying updated on market trends, competitors, and brand products to inform strategic decisions.

- Lead by example and represent the brand by communicating its values and philosophy through all activities and interactions
- Define, execute and monitor the store action plan to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Manage the customer database to build strong relationships and future selling opportunities
- Stay ahead of latest trends, products and competitors and share feedback with relevant stakeholders
- Leverage all point-of-sale channels, online and offline, to optimize sales
- Provide a clear vision to the team about business and store directions

- Recruit new clients and convert them into loyal VIP customers
- Ensure all sales and operational policies and procedures are followed
- Prepare and process e-commerce orders within SLA times and quality standards
- Train team on technology tools like Clienteling apps, OMS, and Business Whatsapp
- Maintain stock replenishment and organize displays per VM guidelines
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, security, and HR standards
- Analyze historical traffic data to ensure healthy floor coverage during peak hours
Experience & skills
- Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Store Manager in retail
- Demonstrate expertise in managing luxury fashion retail operations
- Have experience in team leadership, talent development, and performance management
- Apply knowledge of omnichannel retail, VIP clienteling, and e-commerce processes
- Exhibit ability to maintain operational compliance and visual merchandising standards
- Leverage technology tools to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
- Stay updated on market trends, products, and competitors
