The Cluster Corporate Sales Manager at InterContinental Residences Dubai Business Bay and Kimpton Sevn Dubai (Pre-Opening) is responsible for driving corporate business strategy, managing key accounts, developing strategic partnerships, and leading corporate sales performance across two hospitality brands including InterContinental Residences Dubai Business Bay focused on luxury extended stays and executive living, and Kimpton Sevn Dubai introducing lifestyle luxury in Downtown Dubai. The role reports to the Cluster Commercial Director and oversees corporate sales strategy, team development, negotiated agreements, and account management across operational and pre-opening hotels. The position involves expanding and retaining corporate accounts across local, regional, and international markets, executing negotiated rate programs, partnership initiatives, and driving measurable commercial results. The role includes developing corporate sales strategies aligned with revenue and marketing strategies, identifying corporate business opportunities, managing key account relationships, overseeing long-term partnerships, and translating market intelligence into actionable strategies. Responsibilities include pre-opening support for Kimpton Sevn Dubai by introducing the property to corporate accounts, driving early partnerships, participating in client visits, networking events, and promotional activities. The position requires close collaboration with Revenue Management, Reservations, Operations, and Marketing teams, monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and booking patterns, supporting reporting, forecasting, and budget planning. The role includes representing hotels at networking events, trade shows, and client meetings, maintaining visibility within Dubaiās corporate travel market, and serving as trusted advisor and brand ambassador to corporate clients. The position requires experience managing corporate sales teams, key account portfolios, negotiated business, corporate account growth, and market development, with strong preference for pre-opening hotel experience. The role supports cluster-wide revenue performance, corporate travel programs, relocation programs, and partnership development while aligning corporate sales execution with overall commercial strategy across both properties.

- Develop and execute corporate sales strategies across InterContinental Residences Dubai Business Bay and Kimpton Sevn Dubai to expand market share and maximize corporate revenue
- Identify and secure new corporate business opportunities while maintaining and growing key account relationships across local, regional, and international markets
- Oversee negotiated agreements, corporate rate programs, and long-term corporate partnerships to drive sustained business performance
- Support pre-opening activities for Kimpton Sevn Dubai by introducing the property to corporate accounts and driving early partnership programs
- Collaborate with Revenue Management, Reservations, Operations, and Marketing teams to align corporate sales strategies with commercial objectives
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, booking patterns, and market intelligence to inform strategic decision making
- Represent hotels at networking events, trade shows, and client meetings to strengthen brand visibility and relationships
- Lead and mentor corporate sales team while managing reporting, forecasting, and budget planning for corporate business performance
Experience & skills
- Bachelorās degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years experience in corporate sales or commercial leadership within luxury or lifestyle hotels
- Experience managing corporate teams and key account portfolios including negotiated business and market development
- Proven track record in corporate account growth, strategic partnerships, and revenue generation
- Pre-opening hotel experience strongly preferred
- Experience collaborating with Revenue Management, Reservations, Operations, and Marketing teams in hospitality environment
