Finance Director – GCC responsible for leading regional finance strategy for a globally recognised construction materials manufacturing organisation based in Dubai. The role is part of the executive committee and involves shaping financial strategy across GCC markets, ensuring robust financial control frameworks, overseeing budgeting cycles, capital allocation decisions, and risk management systems. The position requires oversight of all financial operations including transaction processing systems, benefit plan administration, due diligence on new projects, contract negotiations, banking relationships, and investment activities. The Finance Director is responsible for translating regional financial strategy into actionable objectives ensuring standardised and transparent financial delivery across the GCC cluster. The role includes participation in executive leadership decisions impacting business performance, analysing market trends to identify revenue opportunities, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and governance standards. The position also requires leadership in building and mentoring finance teams, driving continuous process improvement, enhancing cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring financial performance aligns with organisational objectives. The role directly contributes to profitability, sustainable growth, and long-term value creation across multiple GCC markets within a global manufacturing and production environment.
