Job description
The Associate Manager – Graphic Design is responsible for delivering comprehensive creative and content support across multiple media channels within a retail media and e-commerce environment. The role focuses on auditing and developing creative guidelines for existing and new media inventories, interpreting briefs with clear communication objectives, and developing creative concepts aligned with Carrefour brand guidelines. The position involves reviewing and recommending key visuals based on intended media channels, collaborating closely with On-site, Off-site, and In-store Ad Operations managers, sales managers, and other stakeholders to deliver effective creative content and copywriting recommendations. The role includes copywriting for creative assets across various media channels, script writing for webinars, training materials, and in-store radio advertisements, as well as creating onsite and offsite banners, emails, and social creative assets in static and HTML formats. The Associate Manager produces video advertisements for onsite, offsite, and in-store screen networks, including size adaptations in video and GIF formats, supports the design and creation of case studies, pitch decks, and PR/Marketing materials, ensures accurate outputs meeting specifications, aligns with campaign deadlines, adheres to SLAs and processes, and operates effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining creative quality.

Key responsibilities
- Audit existing creative guidelines for media inventories across various media channels
- Develop creative guidelines for new media placements across multiple channels
- Interpret briefs and communication objectives when making design approach decisions and providing feedback
- Develop creative concepts that align with Carrefour brand guidelines
- Review, provide feedback, and recommend key visuals based on intended media channels
- Collaborate with Ad Operations managers, sales managers, and stakeholders to deliver effective creative content and copywriting recommendations
- Write copy for creative assets across various media channels
- Write scripts for webinars, training materials, and in-store radio advertisements
- Create onsite and offsite banners, emails, and social media creative assets in static and HTML formats
- Produce video advertisements for onsite, offsite, and in-store screen networks, including video and GIF adaptations
- Support the design and creation of case studies, pitch decks, and PR/Marketing materials
- Ensure creative outputs meet specifications, requirements, deadlines, processes, and SLAs
- Assist in performance management processes, provide mentorship, support training initiatives, and contribute to manpower planning
Experience & skills
- Hold a Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design
- Have a minimum of 4+ years of experience in Graphic Design or Multimedia Design, preferably within an e-commerce environment
- Demonstrate strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe After Effects
- Possess strong working knowledge of MAC operating systems
- Have experience in video editing using provided templates
- Provide a portfolio showcasing detailed design work, including video assets
- Demonstrate expert understanding of typography, layout, balance, composition, color, and proportion
