Noon is building the next generation of schools in Saudi Arabia, and this role exists to measure, with genuine rigor, whether students are actually learning. You own how the company defines, tracks and validates learning outcomes across the platform, designing assessment frameworks that move beyond traditional testing toward evidence-based evaluation. AI runs through the approach deeply, and you partner with AI and product teams to build adaptive, data-driven evaluation systems rather than static tests. Learning outcome metrics get defined and translated into platform insights the wider team can act on. Psychometrics, competency-based assessment and AI-powered feedback mechanisms stay squarely within your focus, kept current as the field moves. Student feedback feeds directly into how the learning process gets improved, surfacing both challenges and what is actually working. This is a hands-on seat embedded in a small team, not a role removed from the daily work of building the product. Research design, evaluation and public-facing communication all fall inside its scope, since this function is being built from the ground up.
