Job description
The Business Development Officer OOH (Out-of-Home) will focus on expanding and nurturing client relationships within the food service industry in Saudi Arabiaās street channel segment, which includes cafeterias, cafes, juice shops, restaurants, and catering businesses. This field-based sales role emphasizes identifying and onboarding new customers while ensuring high retention rates through personalized client strategies. The officer will collaborate cross-functionally with logistics, marketing, and trade teams, leveraging CRM tools for performance tracking and delivering customer-specific solutions. The position demands strong negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the Saudi F&B market, and fluency in Arabic.

Key responsibilities
- Actively identify, approach, and onboard new customers within the street channel segment.
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain regular visits to existing customers to strengthen relationships and increase sales volume.
- Build a robust pipeline of prospective clients in the F&B segment.
- Develop and implement customer-specific strategies to ensure long-term engagement and satisfaction.
- Resolve issues quickly and professionally to maintain high retention rates.
- Monitor sales performance and report daily/weekly activity to the Food Service Sales Manager.
- Provide market feedback regarding competitor activities, pricing, and product acceptance.
- Use CRM tools or reporting sheets to track customer interactions and sales funnel progression.
- Coordinate with logistics and delivery teams to ensure product availability and timely order fulfillment.
- Work closely with the marketing and trade marketing teams for promotion execution.
- Maintain deep knowledge of SADAFCO product lines and pricing structures.
- Educate new clients on product use, shelf-life, and food safety handling when required.
Experience & skills
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of field sales experience, preferably in the foodservice, FMCG, or HORECA industry.
- Fluency in Arabic is essential; English is a strong advantage.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and route planning skills.
- CRM and MS Office proficiency.
- Deep understanding of Saudi street-level F&B customer base.
