The F&O SCM Functional Consultant role requires deep expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Dynamics AX 2012 R3, with a focus on supply chain management. The consultant will handle inventory, purchasing, sales, warehouse management, transfer orders, master planning, and product configurations. Responsibilities also include requirement gathering, documentation, solution design, business process mapping, and full lifecycle project implementations.

Key responsibilities
- Provide core product knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Dynamics AX 2012 R3.
- Apply core supply chain management domain knowledge.
- Work with inventory management, purchase process, sales process, warehouse management, transfer orders, and master planning.
- Configure product, item, BOM, number sequences, dimension setup, ledger setup, and tax setup.
- Perform business process mapping and data migration using data entities.
- Conduct requirement gathering, workshops, presentations, and application demos.
- Prepare project documentation including FRD, FDD, User Guides, and Fit-gap analyses.
- Design functional solutions for customization involving processes, reports, and integrations.
- Contribute to end-to-end project implementation across various phases of the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of SCM solutions.
Experience & skills
- 5-8 years of experience in supply chain management consulting.
- Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Dynamics AX 2012 R3.
- Deep expertise in SCM processes including inventory, purchasing, sales, warehouse, and planning.
- Experience in product configuration, BOM, and tax setup.
- Good understanding of business processes and data migration through data entities.
- Strong experience in requirement gathering, workshops, presentations, and demos.
- Proficiency in project documentation including FRD, FDD, User Guides, and Fit-gap analysis.
- Ability to design functional solutions for customizations.
- Experience with end-to-end project implementations.
- AX Certification is a plus.
- Mandatory skills: Microsoft Dynamics365 F&O Technical.
