Job description
The Senior Named Account Executive β Qatar is responsible for driving strategic revenue growth across a portfolio of enterprise-level customers within the Qatari market. Based in Dubai (hybrid), this role focuses on leading complex, multi-million-dollar sales cycles, acquiring new enterprise logos, and expanding existing strategic accounts. The position requires deep expertise in cloud networking, security, and edge technologies, along with the ability to engage executive and technical stakeholders at all levels. The successful candidate will align customer IT architectures with Cloudflare reference architectures, orchestrate cross-functional deal execution, and position the organization as a key enabler of digital transformation initiatives across Qatar.

Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive territory and account strategies to exceed multi-million-dollar annual sales quotas.
- Drive new business acquisition while expanding and upselling within existing enterprise accounts across Qatar.
- Lead end-to-end complex enterprise sales cycles, from strategic discovery through contract negotiation and closure.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships, including C-suite and senior technical stakeholders (e.g., Heads of Networking and Security).
- Develop a deep understanding of customer IT architectures and align them with relevant cloud networking and security reference architectures.
- Manage multiple complex sales engagements across different business units within large enterprises.
- Deliver highly accurate pipeline forecasting and provide strategic sales insights to leadership.
- Lead cross-functional virtual teams including Solution Engineering, Product Management, Deal Desk, Legal, and Customer Success to drive deal acceleration.
- Position digital transformation initiatives by articulating how cloud, networking, and security platforms enable customer strategic objectives.
- Craft compelling value propositions tied directly to measurable business outcomes and long-term enterprise goals.
- Drive complex commercial negotiations and ensure mutually beneficial contractual agreements.
- Identify competitive positioning strategies and lead enterprise-level competitive selling efforts.
- Ensure high levels of customer adoption, retention, and expansion post-sale in collaboration with Customer Success teams.
- Mentor peers and contribute to organizational best practices by sharing insights and strategic learnings.
- Travel as required to engage customers and support regional business objectives.
Experience & skills
- 8+ years of enterprise B2B technology sales experience with a strong track record of exceeding multi-million-dollar quotas.
- Extensive experience selling complex cloud networking, cybersecurity, or edge computing solutions within Qatar.
- Proven ability to understand and map complex IT environments to platform-based solutions.
- Demonstrated success in leading and influencing cross-functional teams to close high-value enterprise deals.
- Advanced negotiation and contract management skills for six-figure and multi-million-dollar transactions.
- Strong expertise in strategic account planning, pipeline development, and forecasting accuracy.
- Deep understanding of digital transformation trends within enterprise environments.
- Proficiency with enterprise sales tools such as Salesforce, business intelligence platforms, and MEDDPICC methodology.
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills.
- Bachelorβs degree required; technical degree (Engineering, Computer Science, MIS) preferred.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Willingness to travel as required for customer engagement.
