Job description
Business leaders at Schneider Electric in Riyadh will treat this HR Business Partner as a trusted advisor, and the work spans the whole employee lifecycle. Aligning HR strategies with business priorities comes first, supported by workforce planning and organisational design decisions grounded in HR data and metrics. Employee relations issues land with you, from conflict resolution to keeping engagement positive. Change management initiatives also need leading, and managers will look to you for coaching on performance, leadership development and employee growth. Onboarding and offboarding are both expected at an advanced level, with new hires set up quickly and exits handled with professionalism and compliance. HR Compliance sits alongside, keeping policies and practices in line with regulatory and organisational standards. Strong data literacy and digital literacy help here, especially when using HR technology to simplify processes and improve the employee experience. Much of the job mixes strategic thinking with hands-on execution. The position is based on site.
