The Terminal Standards Supervisor at Hamad International Airport is responsible for monitoring and ensuring that cleaning services performed by outsourced contractors meet the agreed scope of work and KPIs. The role includes conducting joint cleaning audits with janitorial contractors at the Passenger Terminal Complex (PTC), ensuring compliance with MATAR procedures and standards, and maintaining safety standards during cleaning operations. The supervisor ensures that all documentation related to cleaning activities is understood and correctly maintained, participates in daily shift handovers, and highlights any operational issues to ensure continuity of workflow. The role supports teamwork, enforces company procedures, and ensures the cleaning suppliers fully comply with airport standards.
