Job description
The main task of a Product Specialist in Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is to represent the company in front of healthcare professionals, ensuring that products are used appropriately and within clinical indications while respecting all compliance guidelines. The role includes promoting registered products to increase access, engaging with stakeholders, and ensuring execution excellence by adhering to compliance standards, using CRM tools, and continuously improving scientific and business practices.

Key responsibilities
- Maximize patient share of assigned products through understanding the patient pathway.
- Use a multichannel approach (face-to-face, email, phone, presentations) with HCPs.
- Achieve market share targets within the assigned territory.
- Promote J&J Innovative Medicine's image as a scientific and digital innovator.
- Conduct full account mapping and understand logistical, contracting, and decision-making processes.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with account stakeholders.
- Identify business opportunities in collaboration with the Market Access team.
- Fulfill Customer Interaction Excellence (CIE) index and KPIs.
- Update database and report HCP visits with valuable call feedback.
- Handle samples correctly and improve qualitative performance.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on disease areas, products, and competitors.
- Participate in scientific quizzes and assigned training courses.
- Organize compliant activities using the CRM system.
- Comply with J&J guidelines, policies, SOPs, and local regulations.
- Report adverse events, product quality complaints, and compliance issues.
- Meet fleet safety and traffic law requirements.
Experience & skills
- 0ā3 years of experience in a related role.
- Graduate of Pharmacy.
- Digital knowledge is an advantage.
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to adhere to J&J Credo and leadership imperatives.
- Awareness of business factors affecting territory and account performance.
- Strong sense of urgency and analytical skills.
- Ability to act on business opportunities and execute plans effectively.
- Team collaboration and competitive mindset.
