Job description
The Senior Specialist â Logistics Centers Projects at Red Sea Global is responsible for supporting, coordinating, and executing logistics projects that drive efficiency and excellence across the supply chain and logistics division. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring projects are scoped, planned, and delivered to cost, quality, and time standards while maintaining strict compliance with organizational frameworks and governance. The specialist assists logistics project managers by developing project plans, maintaining accurate documentation, tracking resources, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and liaising with vendors and internal departments to ensure successful project delivery. The position involves managing full project life cycles, from initiation and execution to deployment and handover. Responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, tracking expenses, supporting budget management, and producing regular reports on milestones, deliverables, and dependencies. A key element of the role is the coordination of internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and proactive problem resolution throughout each project phase. The Senior Specialist also contributes to continuous improvement initiatives by adopting best practices, leveraging new technologies, and documenting lessons learned to strengthen the companyâs logistics and operational excellence. This position requires strong project management expertise, experience in logistics implementation across transport and warehousing operations, and the ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced environments. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project, Teams) and formal project management training such as PMP or Change Management certification is highly preferred.

Experience & skills
- Bachelorâs degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (Masterâs preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or project management roles
- Proven experience in end-to-end project management and successful project delivery
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Change Management certification preferred
- Experience in logistics business implementation projects covering transport and warehousing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project, and Teams
- Strong presentation skills with ability to create professional slide decks and status reports
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with multicultural collaboration experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to an ambiguous environment
