Job description
The Senior Director Premier Wealth at HSBC is responsible for achieving KPIs and profit growth by developing existing and new High-Net-Worth client relationships. The role involves providing tailored financial solutions, maintaining exceptional client service, conducting regular reviews to meet evolving client wealth management needs, and using internal tools for efficient service delivery. The incumbent must develop a network of professional contacts, fully utilize client management systems, refer opportunities to Global Banking, Global Private Banking, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards. The role supports HSBC's objective of becoming the primary bank for clients while adhering to risk and sales quality standards.

Key responsibilities
- Achieve KPI objectives and profit growth by developing Premier client relationships
- Proactively manage a portfolio of High-Net-Worth clients
- Deepen client relationships through tailored financial solutions
- Conduct regular financial reviews with clients
- Use internal tools and delivery channels effectively
- Maintain qualifying Premier client portfolio standards
- Develop network of internal and external professional contacts
- Monitor sales activity and grow client wallet share
- Maintain and update Client Relationship Management data
- Refer business opportunities to GBM and GPB
- Provide professional care and expert financial advice
- Work as part of an integrated management team
- Adhere to HSBC's selling process and sales quality requirements
Experience & skills
- Complete SCA requirements including 4 mandatory exams and degree equalization
- Hold ICWIM Level 3 qualification
- Possess relationship management experience with high net worth clients
- Expert knowledge of external regulatory framework for wealth management
- Valid local regulatory licenses and wealth management accreditation
- Strong compliance, credit, and risk management knowledge
- Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills preferred
- Bachelorās degree required to secure UAE Visa and Work Permit
