Job description
The Bitrix Senior Programmer at Provident Estate is responsible for implementing, enhancing, and maintaining Bitrix24 on-premise systems, including CRM, corporate portals, and HR modules. The role involves developing new modules, integrating smart processes, connecting external systems, debugging and releasing software updates, and refining existing functionalities. The programmer will also craft custom interfaces, handle backend events, and provide ongoing support for Bitrix24 systems while ensuring seamless integration with third-party APIs. The role requires both technical expertise and a proactive approach to improving internal business processes using the Bitrix24 platform.

Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement new modules, components, extensions, and applications for Bitrix24 on-premise
- Enhance and optimize existing modules, components, and workflows
- Design software solutions for CRM, corporate portal, and HR functionalities
- Create custom subsystems and tools to automate business processes
- Debug source code and prepare software releases
- Integrate Bitrix24 with external information systems using Webhooks and REST API
- Develop custom interfaces for new functionality and smart processes
- Implement and manage backend events and create new ones as needed
- Ensure code quality through meticulous documentation and refactoring
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align development with business needs
Experience & skills
- Over 3 years of web development experience with PHP 7+ (Laravel, Symfony) and MySQL
- Profound expertise in 1C-Bitrix / Bitrix24, especially on-premise deployment
- Strong understanding of Bitrix24 built-in functionalities, including Tasks, Groups, Notifications, Drive, and CRM
- Possession of 1C-Bitrix certifications or completed exams
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React, Vue), and jQuery
- Experience developing custom modules, components, controllers, and integrating third-party APIs
- Skill in code refactoring and working with existing codebases
- Familiarity with version control systems, particularly GIT
- Strong OOP knowledge and relational database experience
- Analytical and logical thinking with a drive for continuous learning
- Ability to work both remotely and in-office within UAE labor law guidelines
