Job description
Consumer Sales Planning and Support role at Citi for UAE Nationals only, based in Dubai with a Hybrid work arrangement, positioned as a Sales Support Intermediate Analyst responsible for providing a range of sales support activities in coordination with the Consumer Sales team, including analysis of sales outcomes and opportunities and the creation of proposals, with the overall objective to provide support/ancillary services to sales people across all client segments. The role provides sales support by designing and implementing process improvements; supports new products, promotions, and projects defined by the business; resolves most issues by applying professional judgment when interpreting data and results; reviews and provides training material to sales and operations; supports sales activities for high profile clients; provides administrative assistance for sales management teams; ensures sales team are compliant with regulations; and appropriately assesses risk when business decisions are made with consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency. Qualifications include 2-5 years of relevant experience, required licensing Series 7 and Series 63, and working knowledge of related industry practices and standards. Education requirement is a Bachelorās degree/University degree or equivalent experience. Experience & skills
