Key responsibilities
- Make daily outbound calls to potential landlords and sellers
- Conduct property market appraisals and list them on Reapit CRM system
- Qualify prospective tenants and schedule property viewings
- Negotiate lease terms and achieve successful agreements for all parties
- Maintain regular contact with clients, building trust and long-term relationships
- Track and update records of clients, landlords, and listed properties

- Previous experience in sales or client-facing roles is essential
