The Senior ESG Consultant at AESG is a specialist role responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) strategies aligned with clients’ business objectives, UAE Vision 2031, the UAE Net Zero by 2050 initiative, and relevant GCC regulations. Based in Dubai, this position works collaboratively with AESG’s multidisciplinary teams of architects, engineers, scientists, and planners to deliver ESG advisory services across diverse sectors such as real estate, manufacturing, investment, and finance. The role involves conducting materiality assessments, identifying ESG risks and opportunities, and integrating ESG considerations into corporate governance, risk management, and operational frameworks. The consultant will prepare sustainability and ESG reports according to leading international frameworks including GRI, SASB, TCFD, CDP, and ISSB, and establish KPIs and data collection systems to track ESG performance. This role requires continuous monitoring of UAE, KSA, and GCC ESG regulations and international best practices to ensure clients remain compliant and competitive. The successful candidate will contribute to AESG’s reputation as a leader in sustainability consulting, leveraging innovation, collaboration, and technical expertise to support clients in achieving sustainable growth and resilience.
