Job description
The role supports the implementation of Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle’s Marketing & Communications strategy, coordinating marketing efforts across cross-functional teams, suppliers, and agencies for assigned brands. Responsibilities include managing the briefing, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives through an annual Marketing calendar aligned with brand strategy, creating synergy across communication channels to deliver consistent messaging, and coordinating in-store campaigns with visual merchandising and Operations to ensure timely rollouts. The specialist supports planning and execution of regional brand campaigns with the content team, maintains marketing spend accuracy per brand in line with the approved budget, and contributes to sustainability strategy objectives under Dare Today, Change Tomorrow. The role requires building strong relationships with internal marketing teams and external vendors to ensure productive collaboration, and supporting initiatives that build understanding of brand values, customer profiles, and customer behavior to enhance relevance and impact of marketing communication.

Experience & skills
- Hold a Bachelor Degree in Marketing Management or equivalent
- Possess 1–2 years of experience in a Marketing role
- Demonstrate working knowledge in Public Relations, Events, Media, Digital, and social media marketing
- Fluency in English, spoken and written
