Job description
The Director, LMM – New Verticals Product Lead is a senior leadership role within Visa CEMEA responsible for building market awareness and driving revenue growth for Visa’s Commercial Solutions across new industry verticals. The role focuses on engaging large multinational and middle market corporates operating across the CEMEA region, with emphasis on B2B procurement programs, virtual card solutions, and commercial payment innovations. The position drives market development, pipeline creation, and conversion of opportunities into revenue-generating relationships by working closely with issuer clients, partners, and cross-functional Visa teams. The role requires deep expertise in commercial cards, B2B payments, and solution-based selling to executive-level decision makers, alongside structuring complex commercial deals, supporting go-to-market execution, and expanding Visa’s footprint into new verticals and revenue pools.

Key responsibilities
- Build market awareness and drive adoption of Visa Commercial Solutions across new industry verticals
- Develop and convert pipeline opportunities into revenue-generating issuer and corporate relationships
- Engage large multinational and middle market corporates across CEMEA to understand procurement, payment, and working capital needs
- Develop and execute sales strategies targeting identified industries to grow commercial payment volume, revenue, and market share
- Provide consultative, solutions-based selling to executive stakeholders including CFOs, procurement, and finance leaders
- Build and progress pipelines through active corporate engagement, understanding RFP requirements, decision processes, and timelines
- Structure profitable commercial deals with strong understanding of issuer, acquirer, and merchant economics
- Work proactively with issuers and partners including travel management companies, expense management providers, travel aggregators, and ERP providers
- Support the sell-in of commercial products, virtual card payments, and data integration solutions
- Collaborate with regional sales, pricing, finance, and cross-functional teams in a matrix environment
- Develop tailored sales narratives, best practice guides, and testimonials for diverse industry segments
- Drive new partner development, new vertical entry, and expansion into new revenue pools
- Influence and secure stakeholder buy-in through effective communication and relationship management
- Support execution of complex product and client deals from negotiation through closing and delivery
Experience & skills
- Possess a minimum of 15 years’ experience selling payments, card, and/or technology solutions
- Demonstrate experience selling to banks, corporate CFOs, procurement, and finance stakeholders
- Exhibit proven track record as a product or vertical lead creating new industry value propositions
- Demonstrate experience managing complex client relationships and executing go-to-market strategies in matrix organizations
- Show strong understanding of B2B payments, commercial cards, and virtual card solutions
- Exhibit ability to structure and execute complex commercial deals and partnerships
- Demonstrate strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Show leadership capability, professionalism, and ability to build trust with senior stakeholders
- Demonstrate strong influencing, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
