Key responsibilities
- Transform partner data into actionable insights using detailed reports, charts, and graphical aids.
- Maintain the partner database, process applications, manage tracking links, and respond to partner enquiries.
- Reconcile commission payments and reported transactions for financial accuracy.
- Identify and implement process improvements for the Partnership programme.
- Use AI tools to optimise partner targeting and uncover growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns that attract and retain partners.
- Coordinate across departments to deliver integrated solutions aligned with business goals.
- Contribute innovative ideas to enhance the attractiveness and competitiveness of the programme.
Experience & skills
- 2â6 years of experience in partnership marketing or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience in transforming data into insights.
- Experience with affiliate marketing, partnership programmes, and commission structures.
- Proficiency in databases, reporting tools, and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Figma, Google Data Studio, Looker Studio, Metabase, Tableau, and SQL is advantageous.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to maintain positive internal and external relationships.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on growth opportunities and operational efficiency.
