Job description
The Learning & Development Manager is responsible for implementing, managing, and continuously improving Presight’s learning offerings, technologies, talent management frameworks, and digital development solutions. The role combines system ownership, data-driven insights, communication, and training delivery to enable impactful employee development and future skills growth across the organization. Working closely with HR, IT, and business leaders, the manager will lead the roll-out of learning platforms, drive engagement through effective communications, support talent identification and development processes, and provide data analysis to measure impact and inform strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities
- Lead the selection, implementation, and ongoing management of learning management systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms.
- Act as system owner, coordinating with IT, vendors, and internal teams to ensure platforms are user-friendly, integrated, and scalable.
- Ensure alignment with HR systems and support future learning innovation.
- Support the design and implementation of talent frameworks to identify and assess high-potential employees.
- Provide tools, insights, and data to enable managers and HR to make evidence-based talent decisions.
- Partner with HRBPs and leaders to integrate talent identification into learning and development initiatives.
- Track and report on talent pipeline health, succession readiness, and development progress.
- Develop dashboards and reporting tools to provide learning and talent insights to HR and senior leadership.
- Analyse learning and talent data to identify trends, measure impact, and inform continuous improvement.
- Monitor KPIs for adoption, engagement, completion, outcomes, and talent progression.
- Design and deliver communication plans for learning and talent initiatives.
- Create engaging content and messaging in partnership with internal communications to drive adoption.
- Develop toolkits and resources for managers and employees to access learning and development solutions.
- Deliver system training and education sessions to employees, managers, and HR teams.
- Facilitate training linked to digital skills, onboarding, leadership, and talent development.
- Produce self-directed learning materials such as guides, videos, and FAQs.
- Lead learning and talent technology projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery on time, on scope, and on budget.
- Collaborate with HRBPs, business leaders, IT, and external vendors to ensure alignment.
- Maintain a roadmap of system enhancements, learning innovations, and talent initiatives.
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Digital Media, IT, or related field.
- Proven experience implementing and managing LMS or digital learning platforms.
- Experience with talent management models and tools for identifying potential and enabling career growth.
- Strong data management, analysis, and reporting skills (Excel, Power BI or similar).
- Experience delivering communication and engagement plans for employee initiatives.
- Strong facilitation and training delivery skills.
- Project management experience with multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Experience in a digital-first or technology-led environment is highly desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with focus on user experience.
