The Senior Consultant – Growth & Innovation at Sia in Abu Dhabi is responsible for supporting and managing delivery of project engagements within the Middle East team, focusing on innovation, transformation, and business growth. This role encompasses a wide range of activities, including managing assigned innovation projects, documenting needs and solution requirements, conducting technology scouting, validating solutions, performing project due diligence research, facilitating collaboration across multiple stakeholders, and completing delegated tasks. The Senior Consultant engages in projects covering innovation strategy definition and implementation, capabilities building using methodologies such as design thinking and innovation management, and project management with internal and third-party stakeholders. The role demands expertise in technical project delivery, understanding technical discussions and documentation, open innovation methodology, intellectual property, and technology scouting. Candidates are expected to lead complex technical innovation projects, employ formal project tracking tools such as Gantt charts, and contribute to knowledge transfer and capability-building initiatives. The position requires fluency in Arabic and English, and certification in Innovation or Future Foresight from GIMI is highly preferred. The role integrates with Sia's Consulting 4.0 model, combining AI, design, and consulting capabilities to drive transformation at scale and support CSR and sustainability initiatives within client projects.
