The S&C- Business Strategy Consultant (Strategy Team Lead/Consultant) role at Accenture in Abu Dhabi operates within a global professional services environment spanning strategy and consulting, interactive, technology and operations, with digital capabilities across all services. The consultant uses judgment to solve complex, ambiguous client business problems through rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis, understands the strategic direction set by senior management, and applies analysis to address clientsâ business challenges to deliver lasting outcomes and value. The role develops knowledge of prevailing trends, financials and operating drivers across industries or segments, identifies industry-specific operating metrics and links them to relevant financial metrics to surface key value drivers, and makes, builds and sustains trusted senior client relationships in the C-suite by remaining attuned to client needs and styles while presenting key findings to C-level clients. The consultant conducts analysis to address critical business issues and generate insights about client and industry business performance improvement, designs business and technology strategy solutions, applies deep financial acumen to propose innovative value creation opportunities for sustained growth and profitability, helps clients understand leading-edge technology capabilities and their transformational impact, and leverages Accentureâs global reach and end-to-end capabilities to deliver value. The position participates in high-performing multidisciplinary Strategy teams, leads by example, mentors others, contributes to performance management and recruitment, engages with the broader strategy community to support growth via recruitment, training and thought leadership, and accommodates client travel requirements while working in a vibrant, innovative culture focused on shared success and boundaryless opportunities.

- Lead and mentor analysts and junior consultants, contributing to performance management and recruitment activities
- Engage with the broader strategy community to foster collaboration and support practice growth in recruitment, training and thought leadership
Experience & skills
- Outstanding academic track record with an MBA degree from a top tier business school
- Evidence of relevant industry, functional and/or strategy experience
- High comfort with strategic decision-making and strong quantitative skills to develop financial or operational models and supervise data analysis
- Deep understanding of industry dynamics and value creation opportunities in one or more industries
- Strong analytical skills to absorb complex information and excel in conceptual and creative problem solving
- Digitally savvy with curiosity about technology and its impact on business and society
