Job description
The Supervisor – Facilities role within the Sports and Entertainment District (ADRENA) is responsible for supervising the daily operation, maintenance, and cleanliness of facilities to ensure optimal functionality, safety, hygiene, and presentation standards. The position oversees physical assets to ensure they are maintained effectively and contribute positively to the overall visitor experience. The role involves close coordination with technical teams, external vendors, and internal departments to resolve maintenance issues, uphold service-level agreements, and support continuous improvement in facility operations. Responsibilities include conducting routine facility inspections, monitoring vendor performance, supporting energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives, managing inventory and maintenance supplies, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, and supporting emergency preparedness and evacuation procedures. The Supervisor also provides daily briefings and operational support to on-ground facility teams while ensuring timely reporting of incidents, hazards, and equipment failures.

Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily facility maintenance and cleanliness activities across all assigned areas
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues
- Conduct routine facility inspections to assess conditions and report findings
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure adherence to agreed service-level agreements
- Support implementation of energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives within facilities
- Manage inventory and process requests for tools, supplies, and maintenance materials
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards at all times
- Report incidents, hazards, and equipment failures promptly and accurately
- Support emergency preparedness planning and evacuation procedures
- Provide daily briefings and operational support to on-ground facility teams
Experience & skills
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant facilities experience with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or lead role
- Experience supervising facility operations, maintenance, and cleanliness activities
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental compliance standards
- Experience coordinating with technical teams and external vendors
