Job description
The Director of Sales role at Accor Group is a newly created, senior leadership position responsible for translating global sales ambition into measurable hotel-level performance across the Middle East, Africa, and Asia Pacific region. Reporting directly to the SVP Sales, MEAPAC, the role plays a central part in shaping and executing Accor’s B2B sales and loyalty programs while driving revenue growth and commercial impact across the region. The position focuses on aligning global commercial strategy with actionable regional and hotel execution, delivering structured insights and recommendations to senior leadership, and influencing global decision-making. The role leads the optimization of B2B sales programs to accelerate top-line performance, ensures strong hotel adoption and execution quality, and champions commercial transformation initiatives to modernize sales methodologies, improve customer engagement, enhance sales efficiency, and strengthen operational processes. The Director of Sales oversees sales enablement and capability building, ensuring teams are equipped with the tools, insights, and skills required for consistent high performance. The role also strengthens CRM effectiveness through improved pipeline discipline, reporting accuracy, forecasting rigor, and data transparency. The position may be based in Singapore, Dubai, or Bangkok and operates within a fast-paced, multicultural environment as part of a global hospitality organization.

- Deliver structured insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership to influence global sales decision-making

- Equip sales teams with insights, tools, skills, and resources required for consistent excellence
- Strengthen CRM effectiveness through enhanced pipeline discipline, accurate reporting, and rigorous forecasting
- Improve data transparency, productivity, and consistency across sales segments through refined systems and processes
Experience & skills
- Hold a university degree or possess at least 15 years of experience in a similar senior sales leadership role
- Demonstrate proven experience in sales strategy, program management, and performance optimization within the hospitality or travel industry
- Exhibit strong leadership capability with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams and geographies
- Demonstrate exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on measurable results
- Operate effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments while managing multiple priorities
- Maintain a high level of English language proficiency
