Job description
IT Project Specialist responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, tracking, and execution of IT projects within an organization in Riyadh. The role assists project managers and technical teams by maintaining detailed project documentation, tracking project milestones, deliverables, risks, and budgets, and ensuring effective communication between IT teams, business units, and external vendors. The specialist monitors project progress using project tracking tools, updates project status regularly, and ensures adherence to internal project management standards and frameworks. Responsibilities include supporting Agile and Waterfall project methodologies, assisting in testing and implementation phases, and contributing to post-project evaluations. The role also supports change management activities during system or project rollouts. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, and Trello. The IT Project Specialist plays a key coordination role ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and aligned with business requirements.

Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in IT projects or project coordination
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Experience with MS Project, JIRA, or Trello
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Ability to work in structured project environments
- Experience supporting IT project delivery and coordination
