Job description
The HR People Consultant ā Middle East, Eastern Europe and Africa, based in Riyadh, KSA, will play a key role in Salesforceās regional HR leadership. The role focuses on aligning global HR best practices with local execution to ensure strategic support for Salesforceās growth in the region, including the newly established legal entity in KSA. The consultant will partner with regional leaders and COEs to tailor HR strategies, lead high-impact initiatives such as succession planning, organizational design, compensation, and employee engagement, and ensure compliance with KSA labor laws. Key responsibilities include acting as a trusted advisor, developing regionally tailored HR strategies, managing projects, analyzing employee data, and facilitating leadership coaching and cultural change. This role involves frequent collaboration with Salesforce's regional and global HR teams and will support senior executives. Candidates must be fluent in Arabic and English, demonstrate business acumen, and have extensive HR experience across EMEA, particularly in the Middle East.

Key responsibilities
- Serve as HR advisor for Salesforce units across Middle East, Africa, and Eastern Europe
- Partner with leadership to identify and implement regionally tailored HR strategies
- Lead delivery and enablement of key HR programs like talent assessment, compensation planning, and succession
- Manage projects within Employee Success, including tracking timelines and stakeholder coordination
- Analyze and present employee data on attrition, engagement, and performance to drive HR insights
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and alignment with Salesforce global policies
- Facilitate organizational development and policy/process improvement initiatives
- Support cross-functional HR collaboration across COEs and regional teams
- Promote high-performance culture and alignment with Salesforce values
- Advise on HR implications of regional expansion and business transformation efforts
Experience & skills
- Bachelorās degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 3ā5 years of HR experience, preferably with international or regional scope
- Experience working across Middle East and EMEA markets
- Strong knowledge of KSA and Middle East labor laws
- Strong business acumen, ideally in the tech or software sector
- Demonstrated success in stakeholder management and influencing decision makers
- Proficiency in coaching, facilitation, and presenting to senior leadership
- Experience with data-driven HR decision-making and HR program implementation
- Fluency in Arabic and English; additional European language is a plus
