Job description
The Senior Executive β Dubai Future Academy at Dubai Future Foundation is responsible for supporting the delivery of high-impact learning courses and programs within the Dubai Future Academy, the capacity-building arm focused on equipping leaders with Futures and Foresight capabilities. The role involves supporting end-to-end program delivery from planning through close-out, ensuring operational readiness, maintaining workplans, timelines, and task trackers, and coordinating logistics including venue arrangements, vendor follow-ups, faculty logistics, materials preparation, and participant communications. The position supports program design and content development through benchmarking research, development of learning materials, case studies, briefs, background papers, and presentations, while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality across Academy content and knowledge assets. The role includes maintaining project documentation, budget tracking, financial reporting, participant registration tracking, database management, performance metrics reporting, feedback analysis, and reporting processes. The Senior Executive collaborates with internal teams including Marketing & Communications for promotional material development and supports partnerships with universities, training partners, subject-matter experts, alumni networks, and content providers. The position contributes to partnership development, research of potential collaborators, coordination of bespoke programs, and participation in learning and leadership development events to track best practices. The role supports operational excellence, structured planning, stakeholder coordination, and high-quality participant experience in alignment with Dubai Future Foundation initiatives including Museum of the Future, Area 2071, Centre for the Fourth Industrial Revolution UAE, Dubai Future Accelerators, One Million Arab Coders, Dubai Future Academy, Dubai Future Solutions, Dubai Future Labs, and Dubai Future Forum.

Key responsibilities
- Support Program Lead in designing and developing learning programs by conducting benchmarking research, analyzing global best practices, preparing case studies, developing presentations, creating background papers, and ensuring that all learning materials are aligned with the Dubai Future Academy objectives, quality standards, and Futures and Foresight learning methodologies while maintaining consistency across knowledge assets and educational content.
- Coordinate end-to-end program delivery by maintaining structured workplans, timelines, and task trackers, ensuring that all milestones are achieved on time, monitoring deliverables across multiple programs, following up with stakeholders, and supporting operational readiness throughout planning, execution, and program close-out phases.
- Manage operational logistics for programs and courses including venue arrangements, vendor coordination, faculty scheduling, participant communications, materials preparation, on-site setup, and delivery-day coordination to ensure smooth execution and a high-quality participant experience.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and operational trackers including task lists, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring transparency, compliance with Dubai Future Foundation standards, and proper record-keeping for audit and reporting purposes.
- Monitor participant registration and enrollment processes by maintaining accurate databases, tracking attendance, managing participant communications, compiling data insights, and supporting performance reporting for review by Program Leads and stakeholders.
- Support reporting and performance tracking by compiling program data, analyzing participant feedback, generating performance metrics, identifying improvement opportunities, and preparing structured reports for program evaluation and decision-making.
- Assist in financial tracking and budget management by monitoring program budgets, tracking expenses, supporting procurement documentation, assisting with financial reporting, and ensuring programs operate within allocated budgets and governance guidelines.
- Support partnerships and ecosystem development by coordinating with universities, training partners, subject-matter experts, alumni networks, and government entities, identifying potential collaborators, supporting bespoke program development, and attending learning and leadership events to expand the Academy network.
Experience & skills
- Hold a Bachelorβs degree in a relevant discipline such as Business Administration, Education, Learning & Development, Innovation, Public Policy, or related fields while demonstrating interest in future-focused learning, leadership development, and foresight methodologies.
- Possess 2β4 years of professional experience in project coordination, education programs, Learning & Development, content development, applied research, or related fields with demonstrated involvement in structured program delivery.
- Demonstrate experience managing multiple workstreams simultaneously by maintaining structured trackers, monitoring milestones, coordinating tasks, and ensuring timely execution under the guidance of Program Leads.
- Show strong operational coordination experience including vendor coordination, logistics management, participant communications, and on-site program execution in fast-paced environments.
- Maintain experience working with multiple stakeholders including internal teams, faculty members, external partners, and participants while supporting structured communication and coordination activities.
- Demonstrate proficiency in maintaining databases, tracking participant registration data, compiling reports, supporting performance analysis, and ensuring data accuracy for program delivery.
- Exhibit proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word while creating presentations, maintaining trackers, preparing documentation, and supporting reporting requirements.
- Demonstrate strong analytical capability, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities while supporting continuous improvement, operational excellence, and high-quality program delivery.
