Heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems at EFS client sites around Al Ras Al Akhdar in Abu Dhabi need to run efficiently and keep occupants comfortable, and this Senior HVAC Technician keeps them that way. Most of the work is site-based, covering operation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of HVAC equipment. Performance tests and adjustments follow repairs, with components replaced where needed. Faults should be resolved quickly, and reports are kept up to date in line with client SLAs. Safety regulations and HSE rules apply on every job. Junior technicians rely on your technical support, and you keep the stock of HVAC spare parts in order. Candidates need a diploma in HVAC or an ITI mechanical certificate, 4 to 7 years of experience and the ability to read HVAC schematics and diagrams. The salary range is AED 3,000 to 3,200 per month.
