Key responsibilities
- Perform any duties assigned by the line manager related to design and creativity.
- Create digital and print graphics including marketing materials and advertisements.
- Edit and produce video content for promotions and presentations.
- Collaborate with the team on design concepts that align with brand vision.
- Ensure consistency in visual identity across all platforms.
- Deliver social media and campaign materials as per the marketing calendar.
- Design UI/UX layouts for dashboards, mobile apps, and web interfaces.
- Translate product requirements and research into intuitive user-friendly designs.
- Develop wireframes, storyboards, and visual assets tailored to different audiences.
- Produce visual content and animations to support brand and sales goals.
- Design social media content to build brand awareness and engage target audiences.
- Create standardized templates for business assets (e.g., presentations, letterheads).
- Stay updated with design trends across industries to continuously enhance design quality.
- Manage daily design tasks and ensure visual consistency regionally.
Experience & skills
- BA/BS in a related field, BFA, Diploma in Fine Arts, or a certified graphic/UI/UX design course.
- 2–5 years of experience in a UI Designer role within ecommerce, tech, or software sectors.
- Knowledge of MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Advanced skills in visual design and video editing (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro).
- Ability to create animations, gifs, infographics, and timeline visuals.
- Familiarity with responsive UI for web and mobile interfaces.
- Proficiency in Adobe Design Suite and other industry-standard design software.
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
