Job description
The Manager, Prepaid Segment Marketing (Large Screen) at Ooredoo Kuwait is responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing the operations, commercial performance, and fiscal health of the prepaid large screen segment within the telecommunications business. The role owns the full product lifecycle and P&L for the large screen prepaid portfolio, including strategy definition, budgeting, roadmap planning, product positioning, pricing alignment, customer acquisition, revenue growth, and profitability. The position requires deep involvement in market research, customer insights, segmentation, ARPU development, campaign execution, and performance measurement, while collaborating with senior leadership, go-to-market teams, pricing specialists, product development, and third-party partners. The role also leads business case development, engagement documentation, KPI tracking, competitive analysis, and continuous optimization of offers to enhance NPS, purchase consideration, subscriber growth, and revenue performance in a highly competitive telecommunications environment.

Key responsibilities
- Plan and execute the prepaid large screen segment strategy in alignment with company and segment objectives
- Manage and develop the large screen product portfolio including offering definition and lifecycle management
- Lead budgeting, business planning, and roadmap development in coordination with senior leadership
- Own full P&L responsibility for the prepaid large screen product portfolio
- Conduct multi-year product planning and lifecycle decision-making as product owner
- Initiate and lead customer insight and market research activities to support business objectives
- Assess market and customer dynamics and incorporate findings into offer development
- Develop and implement the large screen business plan and yearly activity roadmap
- Drive subscriber acquisition, revenue growth, recharge attainment, and profitability targets
- Manage ARPU development through pricing, bundling, segmented offers, usage, and recharge strategies
- Apply customer segmentation models including value, behavioral, lifecycle, and migration segmentation
- Develop data positioning, value propositions, and selling tools for acquisition and base growth
- Build and execute engagement documents and business cases for new products and promotions
- Align with pricing teams on pricing tactics, strategies, and business cases
- Lead approval of product description documents for technical implementation
- Coordinate with go-to-market teams on product and promotion launches
- Manage campaign execution, measurement, test-and-control analysis, and optimization
- Monitor and report segment KPIs against targets and budgets
- Perform competitive analysis on pricing, promotion, distribution, and market share
- Rationalize solution offerings through gap analysis and opportunity assessment
- Engage with internal teams, vendors, suppliers, and partners to deliver business objectives
Experience & skills
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Finance, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- Possess 5–6+ years of experience delivering products, innovations, and financial results in the telecommunications sector
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of telecom segment marketing, product launches, analytics, and go-to-market strategies
- Show experience in P&L management, budgeting, and business planning
- Demonstrate capability in campaign management, KPI measurement, and performance optimization
- Have proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of segment marketing and multichannel marketing practices
