Job description
The Territory Ecosystem Manager (TEM) for UAE is responsible for driving revenue and pipeline within an assigned territory through partner ecosystems. This role manages the sales cycle with multiple resellers in a Partner-Driven engagement model, ensuring successful opportunity closure and achieving annual revenue goals. The TEM acts as a sales manager for partner teams, enabling partners to independently generate demand, manage pipelines, forecast, and execute recovery plans. The position includes driving adoption, consumption, renewals, and upsells at the territory level, coaching partners on SAP resources, tools, and methodologies, facilitating operational support with Partner Managers, and ensuring adherence to SAP quality standards. Key focus areas include partner demand generation, partner resource utilization, account governance, strategic planning, channel management, and sales territory management. The role requires deep knowledge of SAP cloud solutions, understanding of SME and volume territory business, UAE market expertise, and proven experience in multi-channel go-to-market and solution selling approaches.

- Own quota for assigned territory and drive associated pipeline and revenue through partner channels.
- Manage the full sales cycle with multiple resellers in a Partner-Driven engagement model.
- Coordinate all partner activities to ensure successful opportunity closure and achievement of revenue and bookings targets.
- Create, monitor, and review revenue generation activities, developing innovative approaches to generate business via assigned partners.
- Enable partners to independently drive business through demand generation plans and optimal resource utilization.
- Coach partners to generate demand, manage and progress pipelines, forecast, and develop recovery plans as needed.
- Drive adoption, consumption, renewals, and upsells at the territory level, ensuring partner teams deliver against SAP quality standards.
- Engage with Partner Managers for sales and business planning and facilitate operational support for partners.
- Trigger and assist partners to consume Digital Services during the sales cycle and in customer success initiatives.
- Guide reporting on sales progress, identify deviations from plans, and implement measures to achieve agreed goals.
Experience & skills
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Territory or Channel Sales.
- Profound knowledge in one or more cloud solution areas, especially SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
- Proven sales track record with experience in multi-channel go-to-market models.
- Understanding of solution selling principles through and with partners.
- Industry expertise relevant to the territory and partners.
- Ability to create and execute strategic plans.
- Business-level proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Experience managing SME/Volume territory business and knowledge of the UAE market.
