Job description
Bayzat is a leading SaaS platform based in the UAE, transforming workplaces through HR, payroll, insurance, and finance solutions. As one of the regionâs most prominent HRTech scale-ups, Bayzat is expanding its Commercial Sales team. The Commercial Sales Manager will drive the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, focusing primarily on the insurance vertical. The candidate will also act as a trusted advisor to clients, fostering long-term relationships while exceeding targets in a dynamic and high-performance environment.

Key responsibilities
- Effectively manage and drive the sales cycle from prospecting to successful closure
- Approach potential customers to win new business and present the product professionally
- Educate potential clients on Bayzatâs value proposition and insurance industry context
- Achieve a 25%+ win rate on inbound, outbound, and self-sourced deals
- Provide excellent customer service and enhance client experience
- Exceed assigned sales targets within agreed timelines
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and planning
- Foster a high-performing and supportive team culture
- Adapt to a fast-paced and continuously evolving business environment
- Develop a deep understanding of insurance concepts
Experience & skills
- 3 to 7 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 1 year in the UAE market
- Strong background in insurance sales is highly desirable
- Proven ability to analyze client challenges and propose solutions
- Self-starter with a goal-driven mindset
- Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate across departments
- Energetic, ambitious, and results-driven personality
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
