Job description
The Strategy Manager supports the Head of Strategy in driving strategic initiatives across the organization. This role involves conducting market research, analyzing business performance, preparing detailed reports, and contributing to the development of strategic plans. The Strategy Manager acts as a key support function, providing data-driven insights, identifying market trends, and assisting in implementing initiatives to achieve organizational objectives. The role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical, research, and reporting skills, comfortable working in a collaborative team environment.

Key responsibilities
- Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking to support strategic projects and initiatives.
- Analyze business performance data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to the Head of Strategy.
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and visualizations for senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Support the development and execution of strategic plans, business cases, and recommendations.
- Gather, validate, and synthesize data from multiple sources to inform decision-making.
- Assist in monitoring the implementation of strategic initiatives and track performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect inputs and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Perform ad hoc analysis, research, and administrative tasks as required to support the strategy function.
Experience & skills
- 3–5 years of experience in strategy, strategy consulting, business planning, corporate development, or an adjacent function.
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, research, and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple tasks.
- High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Comfortable preparing reports and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders.
