Job description
The Quality Specialist at Wheely supports chauffeur performance enhancement and service-level consistency across the luxury ride-hailing ecosystem. The role ensures every chauffeurâpassenger interaction meets Wheelyâs high-end standards by conducting detailed investigations using tools such as Jira, gathering evidence, and managing incident reviews. Responsibilities include running both in-person and virtual coaching sessions in alignment with the Chauffeur Performance Management Framework, performing Mystery Shopper journeys to validate real-world service delivery, and providing live feedback to chauffeurs to reinforce Wheelyâs luxury standards. The role contributes insights through basic data analysis, trend observation, and quality assessment to support continuous improvement. The position demands exceptional attention to detail, a methodical approach, familiarity with high-discipline sectors such as luxury hospitality, luxury retail, HR, L&D or Quality Control, strong communication skills, and the ability to operate flexibly across office work, citywide mystery shopping, and some remote work. Equity, private medical insurance, journey credits, lunch allowance, and development subsidies accompany the full-time Dubai-based role.

Key responsibilities
- Uphold Wheelyâs luxury customer experience standards through evaluation of chauffeurâpassenger interactions
- Investigate feedback, Jira submissions, and incident reports to build evidence-based cases with appropriate urgency
- Conduct in-person and virtual coaching and feedback sessions with chauffeurs following the Chauffeur Performance Management Framework
- Act as a Mystery Shopper by taking journeys, assessing adherence to Wheely standards, and providing immediate feedback and coaching
- Contribute insights through data analysis and observation to elevate overall service standards and identify trends
- Support ongoing performance improvement across chauffeur operations through structured quality assessments
- Operate flexibly across office-based duties, citywide field assessments, and occasional remote work
Experience & skills
- Hold Minimum C2-level English proficiency
- Possess at least 2 years of experience in high-standard, disciplined industries such as luxury hospitality, luxury retail, Quality Control, HR, or L&D
- Hold a high school diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrate prior experience in giving feedback, coaching, or training
- Show passion for exceptionally high service standards and precision in detail
- Display excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong empathy
- Apply a methodical approach to quality improvement and investigative assessment
- Be flexible to conduct office work and mystery shopping across the city, with some remote work possible
- Optional: experience as a chauffeur, mystery shopper, or managing quality standards adherence; passion for luxury vehicles
