Job description
As a Product Manager on Bayzat's Fintech team, you will spearhead the development of the Spend Management suiteāfocusing on Accounts Payable, Corporate Card Expenses, and Accounts Receivable. Your mission will be to build reliable accounting and ERP integrations, support complex payment workflows, and ensure seamless syncing of financial data. You'll also contribute to shaping the product roadmap, identifying customer pain points, and working closely with design, engineering, finance, and compliance to ship high-impact solutions. The ideal candidate brings experience in building accounting or ERP-integrated SaaS products, understands financial and payment logic deeply, and thrives in a fast-paced, product-led scale-up environment.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- understand customer finance workflows and pain points through interviews, data analysis, and competitive research
- identify opportunities across accounts payable, card expenses, and receivables to streamline financial operations
- define product requirements, user journeys, edge cases, and business rules around financial logic
- collaborate with designers and engineers to prototype, test, and refine features
- lead end-to-end design and delivery of integrations with popular accounting platforms and ERPs
- ensure financial data (e.g. invoices, journal entries, payments) syncs accurately with third-party systems
- define user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering teams
- provide deep context around finance workflows and customer use cases
- monitor product usage and performance to inform iterations
- coordinate with strategic partners, such as banks or card issuance platforms
- collaborate across teams for successful product go-to-market
Experience & skills
- 2-5 years of product management experience
- experience in fintech, expense management, or ERP/accounting-integrated SaaS
- experience building and scaling accounting or ERP integrations
- understanding of reconciliation logic, journal entries, and financial workflows
- understanding of payment infrastructure including banking rails, virtual accounts, fx flows
- experience working across product discovery and delivery
- strong analytical thinking and ability to break down complex finance logic
- excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- familiarity with enterprise customer needs and compliance requirements
