Job description
The Cluster Manager – Commercial and Marketing will lead the commercial strategy and performance of the Corallium cluster across ticketing, food and beverage, wet activities, and retail operations. In the pre-opening phase, the role establishes the commercial foundation, pricing models, product bundling, partner onboarding, and systems setup. Post-opening, the manager is accountable for achieving and exceeding revenue targets, driving growth through new products, events, dynamic pricing, promotions, and partnerships. The position requires full P&L oversight, partner management, and close collaboration with marketing, visitor experience, retail, and events teams to optimize guest spend and engagement. This role also involves performance monitoring, market analysis, sponsorship development, and talent leadership to ensure the cluster’s sustained success and market competitiveness.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement commercial framework during pre-opening, including pricing, product bundling, system setup, and partner alignment
- Lead commercial operations post-opening across ticketing, F&B, retail, and wet activities
- Oversee full commercial P&L, tracking performance against forecasts and identifying revenue opportunities
- Manage relationships with F&B operator and wet activity operator to ensure KPIs are met
- Develop new products, events, and commercial concepts for revenue and engagement growth
- Implement dynamic pricing, cross-selling, and promotions to maximize spend and revenue
- Supervise Marketing Manager to align brand messaging and campaigns with commercial goals
- Collaborate with Visitor Experience, Retail, and Events teams to integrate commercial strategies into guest journey
- Track, analyze, and report KPIs, providing strategic recommendations to leadership
- Establish sales targets, performance monitoring tools, and review cycles for all revenue streams
- Coordinate with finance, legal, and procurement to ensure compliance and governance
- Identify and secure partnerships and sponsorships to drive brand exposure and incremental revenue
- Support talent development and performance-driven culture across commercial teams and partners
- Evaluate market trends, competitor activity, and guest behaviors to inform strategies
- Act as commercial lead across planning, launch, and ongoing operations of Corallium cluster
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 8+ years of relevant experience, including 1+ year in a managerial role
- MBA or equivalent leadership certification preferred
- Expertise in integrated commercial planning and execution
- Strong background in marketing and branding strategy
- Advanced knowledge of retail and F&B operations
- Expertise in performance analysis and commercial reporting
- Proven ability in partnership development and contract negotiation
- Cross-functional coordination and leadership experience
- Strong budgeting and financial forecasting skills
- Expertise in customer experience and engagement strategy
