- Generate coordinated MEP drawings including shop drawings, tender drawings, and Issued for Construction (IFC) documents at various project stages
- Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks to identify conflicts between MEP, architectural, and structural systems
- Resolve design clashes and coordination issues through collaboration with architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders
- Ensure all BIM models and drawings comply with the project’s BIM Execution Plan, Level of Development (LOD) standards, and company templates
- Collaborate closely with architectural, structural, and MEP teams to ensure effective integration of building systems within project designs
- Prepare quantity take-offs and material schedules directly from BIM models to support cost estimation and project planning
- Assist engineering teams by supporting design calculations and model-based analysis for system optimization
- Apply QA/QC procedures to verify the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of all BIM models and technical drawings
- Maintain strict version control of design files and project documentation using Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms such as BIM 360
- Ensure organized file management and proper documentation workflows throughout the project lifecycle
- Participate in coordination meetings and design reviews to improve design efficiency and project delivery
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related field

- Hands-on experience using Navisworks for clash detection and multidisciplinary design coordination
- Solid understanding of BIM processes, BIM Execution Plans, and Level of Development (LOD) standards
- Experience generating shop drawings, tender drawings, and IFC documentation for construction projects
- Ability to extract quantity take-offs and schedules from BIM models for project planning and estimation
- Knowledge of QA/QC procedures for engineering drawings and BIM deliverables
- Experience using Common Data Environment platforms such as BIM 360 for document control and collaboration
- Strong coordination skills when working with architects, structural engineers, and MEP teams
- Good analytical skills to support engineering calculations and model-based design analysis
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of drawing accuracy and documentation
