Job description
We are looking for an outcomes-oriented, highly collaborative Account Executive with an entrepreneurial spirit to help us take on a massive market opportunity and achieve significant revenue targets. MuleSoft is the fastest growing business unit in Salesforce and the Middle East region is one of the fastest growing markets globally for MuleSoft. You will be part of the team first on the ground in Salesforce's new Dubai office to double down on our success in this dynamic and trailblazing region. This is not your standard tactical role selling a piece of software. You will be a key member of a cross-functional team responsible for owning and driving the go-to-market strategy for your territory, and leading the sales cycle. You will sell strategic business outcomes with long-term, high-growth engagements.

- Own and drive the go-to-market strategy for your territory.
- Lead the entire sales cycle for MuleSoft's integration platform.
- Drive new large deals of $200K+ in greenfield territory.
- Engage and sell to IT and business leaders with a strategic, consultative approach.
- Focus on delivering customer success and building long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams in a startup-like environment.
- Pursue personal and professional growth opportunities through continuous learning.
- Contribute to the development of Salesforce's presence in the Dubai market.
Experience & skills
- Demonstrated success in leading complex and commercially significant software sales.
- Track record of overachievement in quota-carrying roles.
- Experience driving new large deals of $200K+.
- Excitement around building business in greenfield territory.
- Customer-centric and outcome-based sales approach.
- Highly collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in Arabic and knowledge of the UAE TTHL market is a plus, not required.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth sales environment.
