Key responsibilities

• Prepare conceptual, schematic, and detailed landscape designs aligned with project briefs
• Develop landscape master plans, planting layouts, and construction documentation
• Coordinate with architects, urban planners, engineers, and other consultants to ensure integrated project design
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure design intent is maintained
• Select appropriate materials, plants, and finishes suitable for UAE/MENA climates and sustainability goals
• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and environmental sustainability standards
• Support tender documentation preparation, including cost estimates and technical specifications
• Participate in client meetings, workshops, and design presentations, articulating design rationale
• Review and provide feedback on shop drawings, material submittals, and contractor proposals
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve design challenges and implement high-quality landscapes
