Job description
A leading consumer-focused Food & Beverage business with a strong presence across the GCC needs a Finance Supply Chain Manager to run finance and supply chain for its Kuwait operation end to end. You lead all finance and supply chain activities locally, protecting financial integrity while keeping operations running effectively. Financial records, reconciliations and reporting processes get overseen for accuracy and completeness, alongside monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities in line with corporate reporting requirements. Statutory financial statements are prepared and external audits coordinated, with you acting as the key contact for auditors, regulators and relevant government authorities. A comprehensive internal control framework spans finance and operational functions, backed by governance structures, policies and approval processes that keep segregation of duties and delegated authority intact. Cash flow forecasting, working capital improvement, banking relationships and treasury activities all sit within your remit, alongside budgeting, forecasting and business planning cycles that feed directly into commercial decisions. Demand and supply planning, procurement, warehousing, inventory accuracy and distribution performance round out the supply chain side of the role. Senior leadership partners with you closely to drive business performance while governance standards stay strong throughout.
