TAQA Water Solutions projects in Abu Dhabi need operational and maintenance thinking built in from the start, and that is the job of this O&M Specialist at Stantec. Wastewater networks, sewerage systems, pumping stations and associated utility infrastructure make up the portfolio. Input runs through design, construction, commissioning, handover and into operation. Designs are reviewed for reliability and maintainability against TAQA-WS standards. O&M manuals, commissioning records and handover documentation all come to you for review. Operational readiness planning draws on reliability-centred maintenance principles and asset lifecycle thinking. CMMS and asset management systems need the right data in place at handover. HSE and risk management apply throughout, with findings captured in clear technical reports and presentations. Candidates bring 10 to 15 years in utility infrastructure operations, maintenance or commissioning, an engineering degree, and ideally experience with TAQA-WS, ADDC or ADSSC.
