Job description
HSBCâs Global Payments Solutions (GPS) serves as a core service provider to Corporate and Institutional Banking customers. The Senior Sales Specialist will be responsible for strategically positioning GPS as the cornerstone product for Global Corporate client relationships in the UAE/MENAT region. The role is accountable for driving revenue growth, expanding the global wallet, and executing revenue opportunities. It requires originating and leading opportunities, championing digital banking initiatives, monitoring customer feedback, driving sector initiatives, and ensuring compliance with HSBCâs global standards and regulatory frameworks.

Key responsibilities
- Be accountable for driving and delivering revenue growth from GPS solutions for GC clients globally
- Lead sector initiatives across aviation, energy, and conglomerates
- Connect GC client needs with GPS product development and global network solutions
- Originate, lead, and drive GPS opportunities and discussions across client portfolios
- Enhance GPS Salesâ consistency and coordination across GC
- Champion digital channels to meet GC client needs with minimal service requirements
- Monitor customer feedback and drive initiatives for exceptional customer experience
- Act as subject matter expert to identify market trends and future opportunities
- Support and/or run responses to RFPs
- Deepen customer relationships through stakeholder collaboration across HSBC
- Maintain HSBC control standards and comply with Group Compliance Policy
- Implement recommendations from auditors and regulators
- Foster a compliance culture across relevant laws, rules, and codes
- Develop and execute risk mitigation measures to protect the Bank and its customers
Experience & skills
- Strong experience in Global Payments Solutions and managing complex deals
- Proven track record of delivering high impact sales strategy and execution
- Excellent networking and ability to build influential relationships with senior executives
- High resilience with ability to deliver under pressure in fast-paced environments
