Job description
The Senior Director, Commercialization & Go-To-Market for Visa Government Solutions (VGS) provides visionary leadership and drives the end-to-end commercialization of Visa’s government-focused products and solutions. The role develops and executes multi-year GTM strategies, growth verticals, market archetypes, and use-case-based solution propositions, including pricing frameworks and deal structures aligned to economics and value delivery. It partners with the Global VGS Center of Excellence and regional Sales, Product, Government Affairs, and Client Success teams to adapt Visa products to unique government use cases and regional regulatory, functional, and commercial requirements. It leads partnership and ecosystem development with GovTech providers, system integrators, and strategic alliances while managing the Regional Solution team. The position owns revenue realization from signed deals, tracking performance, unblocking operational or commercial obstacles, and running structured review cycles (90/180 days) to refine GTM, pricing, and product fit. The role influences executive leadership globally and regionally, contributes to FY30 goals, and ensures alignment across contracting, onboarding, delivery, events, training, and go-to-market enablement across pre- and post-sales environments.
